Two days of individual instruction to build the skills, understanding and confidence to begin freediving safely. No group timetable. No pressure to keep up.
Freediving is a skill you build, not a depth you chase. We take the time to understand how you move, breathe and respond in the water, then work through the fundamentals at a pace that makes sense for you.
I'm Ian Donald, founder of FreediveUK and an AIDA instructor trainer. I've been teaching freediving since 2009. Private instruction lets me give you the time and attention that can be difficult to find on a scheduled group course.
A one-hour call to cover the basics, talk through equalisation, answer questions and prepare for the days ahead.
Individual tuition covering breath-hold fundamentals, safety, technique and confident progression. We adjust to your needs and conditions.
A 30-minute conversation after the course to revisit your progress, answer questions and plan your next steps.
We work through the AIDA Level 2 syllabus with safety and good habits at the centre of the day. If you meet the required performance and safety standards, you can gain the internationally recognised AIDA Level 2 certification.
There is no guarantee of a qualification simply for attending. The priority is leaving with a sound foundation, clear feedback and a better understanding of your own diving.
