Freediving is the sport of breath hold diving. Made famous by top level athletes performing dives to over 200m on a single breath, it is often perceived as a sport for the reckless, stupid or superhuman. This couldn’t be further from the truth.
Although mentally and physically demanding, freediving can be for everyone… let us show you what freediving can mean for you.
Freedive UK know more Cornish freediving sites than any school in the country, we have been diving here for years and our network of breath hold divers is always discovering new secret spots, offshore, inshore, deep or not so deep…. everywhere…. just for you! We are fully insured and accredited with AIDA and the BFA.
